This Hypnotic workout commences with a Cardio and Conditioning warm up to tone and strengthen your muscles, followed by some cutting edge Hip Hop choreography and a routine to get you motivated. It incorporates the use of body mechanics, musicality and distinctive techniques to engage your core and get a whole body workout.
Funk it up with an easy to follow series of freestyle moves designed to get your heart rate up. Work on your strength and flexibility in the cardio warm up section then go on to develop a funky dance style with a high pace routine.

Strengthen, tone and improve flexibility, posture and balance with this workout session. Each movement targets the core muscles including the abdominals and lower back. This DVD comes with a stretchie resistance band to really work your body- creating long, lean muscles without building bulk.
Stretching on a daily basis, the muscles learn to adapt to that particular movement and learn to relax. Nothing is forced and the emphasis is placed with correct form rather than going for the "burn". You will get a great workout and feel energised.
